City life: Bright lights, a continuous movement and too much information getting transferred in too less a time. But that is what makes most of us stick to it with love too. The one regret, however, that most of us face is reaching home to nothing ‘welcoming’ in the fridge, the sudden hunger pangs, and the arrival of huge number of people unexpectedly. The city doesn’t prepare you for this. That’s when we are caught in a fix. For that particular moment, time seems to freeze, which can be somewhat embarrassing. Likewise, for a huge but planned get together sometimes things that you already have in store come to seem either insufficient or not in sync with the demands. What does one do then? What is the quickest and easiest way to diffuse the situation?

This new and awesome application was suggested to me by a friend who is a huge geek developing applications of his own. What I liked about this application is the concept of it. I live with my parents and at times we seem to miss out on what had been ordered or listed in our list for grocery items. As my parents too work, it seems unfair that the person with the grocery shopping duty for the week has to sacrifice a weekend or a holiday forgetting the prescribed food items.

But with this recent gem from our Pandora’s Box, it becomes extremely convenient for to order stuff and have them delivered as and when we require. The location feature is super cool because it makes it so much easier and fun to get groceries at the door step of our office or house or maybe even a relative/friend’s place.
Items needed for the daily requirements are available. What is also amazing is the way they have neatly stacked all the categories which makes searching for stuff very effective and efficient as a user. And not just the groceries, but they also keep stacked up the basic home care items.
All in all, this app is a blessing for the single people or even the metropolitan families as groceries and sanitation items are basic stuff that is needed by every individual and what better than have them deliver at a place and time setting of your convenience?
So tap on the button and get, set, shop!
